Delivery Information

At Winnyz Interiors, we understand that receiving your furniture in a timely and efficient manner is
important to you. That’s why we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs. However, please note
that we do not have a fixed price for delivery and the cost will be determined based on your location and the
size of your order. Delivery arrangements will be made after your purchase, and the cost will not be included
in the price paid on the website.


  1. Your order is accepted when you make a deposit of 80% of the invoice value. The balance of 20% will be made after production i.e the items will be fully paid for before it is picked up from the factory.
  2. Orders are processed within 4-6 weeks of making payments. Production timeline are given in good fate for upholstery and woodworks. If this timeline will change due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be duly notified.
  3. Material samples and swatches will be sent out to the client to choose their preferred.
  4. The client is encouraged to send dimensions for items to be manufactured if it’s just custom furniture orders only (this applies when the client send pictures of the item they want to recreate).
  5. If you are supplying us with pictures to recreate, we cannot guarantee a 100% match unless we are given a technical drawing of the product. Even so, we will guarantee 90% match and 100% on effort.
  6. If it’s a project, the client is expected to pay a fee of 30,000 for site visitation within Lagos. 200,000 for visitation and consultations as well as mood boards, furniture layout and material selection. A 3d render of the project is also available on request and the rate is 100,000 per space.
  7. A window period of 3 days will be given to accommodate any further changes to the order.
  8. Made to order products can only be returned if faulty.
  9. Item that needs installation: Installation fees will be charged on items such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, wall claddings, tv units and beds. Payment of 90% of the product cost should have been made before installation and the balance of 10 % immediately after installation.
  10. Installations will be done within a week of delivery.
  11. Delivery: Items ordered for can be picked up at the factory. In a case where the client does not have the time or means of transportation of their products, the company will recommend a reputable delivery company that will help deliver their order. The cost of delivery will be made known to the client and paid for before the items are delivered. The client is encouraged to let the company know which floor their products will be delivered to so that the delivery company will make proper preparation and charge handling fee where necessary.
  12. On collection of the product or delivery, the client is encouraged to check the items to ensure the goods produced/ delivered are as ordered, correct quantity and of satisfactory quality. In a case of any discrepancy or complaint, you must notify us within 24hours of delivery. If there is an error in production, the items will be picked within 72 hours of delivery and delivered back to you after seven working days. 
    i) We guarantee the quality of wood used for our upholstery frame to last a lifetime and cushion used for 4 years. The guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, wood finishing, fixtures, fillings, fabric components and mechanisms.
    ii) We will only replace like for like therefore you cannot change any of the sizes, fillings or fabrics.
    iii) Any goods that have been altered by a 3rd party cannot be returned or refunded
    iv) Customers are required to pay the balance of 20% on the completion of their order before deliveries are done.
    v) Completed orders that stays in our factory or showroom beyond the agreed delivery date will be given a grace period of 7 days after which it will attract a charge of #5,000 per week for demurrage.
  13. Confirmation of payments also suggest that you have agreed to all our terms of service
  14. Dispute resolution: The client cannot mention Winnyz furniture on social media with the intent to cause harm or damage it’s reputation. In a case where a customer is aggrieved, they reserve the right to seek a legal redress if all means as been expended to resolve amicably. Likewise, Winnyz furniture cannot call out any client on social media with the intent to damage their reputation, we reserve the right to take our grievances up legally if all means to resolve it amicably has been expended.

For those in a hurry, we offer an express shipping option that can have your order delivered to you in as little as [insert time frame].

White Glove Delivery:

For larger items, such as sofas, armoires, and dining tables, we offer a white glove delivery service. This service includes delivery, assembly, and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice.

White Glove delivery is a type of premium delivery service for furniture and other large items that includes more than just the transportation of the item from the warehouse to the customer’s home. It typically includes the following services:

  1. Delivery: The item is delivered to the customer’s home, usually by a specialized delivery team.
  2. Inside delivery: The team brings the item inside the customer’s home, usually to the room where the item will be used.
  3. Unpacking: The team will unpack the item and remove all packaging materials.
  4. Assembly: The team will assemble any parts of the item that need to be assembled.
  5. Placement: The team will place the item in the desired location in the customer’s home.
  6. Debris removal: The team will remove all packaging materials and debris from the customer’s home.

White Glove delivery service is typically more expensive than standard shipping, but it provides a higher level of service and convenience for the customer. It’s often used for larger items such as sofas, armoires, and dining tables that may be difficult for customers to transport and assemble on their own.

For those who prefer to pick up their items in person, we offer the Self pick up option at our locations viz;
